A. Author Workflow

  1. Registration & Login
    → Authors create an account and access the submission portal.

  2. Manuscript Submission
    → Upload manuscript, provide metadata, confirm authorship, and accept publication ethics.

  3. Initial Screening
    → Await editorial review for scope, structure, and compliance.

  4. Peer Review Process
    → Receive reviewer comments and update manuscript accordingly.

  5. Revision Upload
    → Submit revised version and response to reviewers.

  6. Final Decision
    → Notification of acceptance, minor revision, major revision, or rejection.

  7. Production Stage
    → Copyediting, proofreading, and layout formatting.

  8. Publication
    → Article appears in the journal’s online issue.

B. Reviewer Workflow

  1. Invitation to Review
    → Reviewer receives a request with manuscript details.

  2. Acceptance/Decline
    → Reviewer confirms availability and conflict-of-interest status.

  3. Manuscript Evaluation
    → Reviewer downloads files and provides structured comments.

  4. Recommendation Submission
    → Options: Accept, Minor Revision, Major Revision, or Reject.

  5. Post-Review Communication
    → Reviewer may be contacted for clarification or second round.

C. Editor Workflow

  1. Manuscript Assignment
